The book contains your confused understanding of the rules and procedures to facilitate a criminal and to teach how the system works, because the police, lawyers and judges what they do and especially what you can do for the border. I think that this aim is damage very good. The main part of the book is written in a question-and-answer understandable to explain, criminal justice, both within and outside the court.
